We ship worldwide. Orders that reach $39.99 USD or more qualify for free standard shipping.

Processing Time

After checkout, orders usually require 3–7 business days for internal processing before dispatch. Processing does not include weekends or public holidays.

Estimated Delivery Time

After your order ships, estimated transit time is 14–30 days, depending on your destination country or region.
These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Public holidays, peak seasons, customs clearance, weather, and local courier routes may cause additional delays.

Shipping Methods & Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel.
Tracking information may take a short time to update after the first scan — this is normal.

Address & Delivery Notes

  • We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address details.
  • If no one is available at the delivery address, the local courier may attempt redelivery or leave a pickup notice, depending on local practice.
